Our client Bloom Energy, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Service Operations Associate to join their team. As a vital member of the Field Service Operations team, you will support the San Jose support team for remote Field Service technicians managing systems at customer sites worldwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment. Job Title: Field Service Operations Associate

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $35 per hour

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Coordinate administrative support for Field Service operations, including data entry, organization, and analysis.
• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding technicians, maintaining spare parts and sites lists.
• Create purchase orders and reconcile invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Identify, support, and implement process improvements in inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and maintain comprehensive service documentation.

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with familiarity in data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a quick learner with critical thinking abilities.
• Working knowledge of inventory and logistics systems such as Oracle; Salesforce experience is a plus.
