ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family. Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to candidates without insurance experience and are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
