Organization Hyatt Regency Crystal City Overview The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and Market. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and maintaining all operating procedures. The role also coordinates special events. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills. Food and beverage cost control experience is helpful.
