This leader owns the performance of the Aircraft Brake production line for commercial, military, and regional/business aircraft. This is a high visibility role with regular engagement with senior leadership across Troy and the greater Collins/RTX organization with an opportunity to develop into higher-level manufacturing or site leadership positions.Success in this role looks like consistent achievement of the Golden Thread, aka Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
