Job Title: IQA Technician I

Location: Irving, TX 75038

Job Description:

• Perform incoming dimensional and visual inspections of materials according to engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
• Use calipers, gauges, rulers, and other hand measurement tools to verify material dimensions and specifications.
• Inspect inbound materials, including cable harness assemblies and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
• Review inspection results and determine whether supplier lots meet acceptance requirements.
• Accurately document inspection results, quality records, and required system transactions.
• Identify, document, and escalate non-conformances related to specifications, procedures, or quality standards.
• Initiate discrepant material reports and support resolution of incoming quality issues.
• Support inspection data collection, analysis, and trending to identify quality concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Follow established GMP, GLP, QMS, and quality procedures while supporting manufacturing and testing operations.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and safety requirements.

Required Skills: Incoming dimensional inspection, calipers, gauges, hand measurement tools, engineering drawings, inspection plans, visual inspection, quality documentation, and non-conformance reporting.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. Fresh graduates and interns may be considered.
