- Oversee onboarding and skills development in clinical, surgical, and dental domains
- Ensure consistent medical standards through medical record reviews, quality assessments, and patient safety evaluations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including controlled substances stewardship and radiation safety
- Partner with practice leadership to achieve hospital goals and service-quality metrics
