Join our healthcare partner in Glenwood Springs, CO, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective medication therapies. With a rotating day/evening schedule and occasional overnight shifts, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and adaptability in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Prepare and dispense medication orders per physician requests
• Maintain medication stock in patient care areas
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications and interactions
• Provide clinical consultation and drug information to practitioners and patients
• Participate in quality improvement and medication review activities
• Engage in the development and presentation of educational programs
• Member of the Code Response Team

Requirements:

• Active CO Pharmacist License in good standing
• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Epic Experience is required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
