As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager within PNC's Voice Engineering organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities include:· Serves as the People Manager for the Enterprise Voice Engineering team, responsible for day-to-day leadership, staffing, performance management, and overall team delivery across voice platforms and services· Owns the end-to-end engineering and operational lifecycle for enterprise voice infrastructure, including architecture alignment, platform stability, and production support for critical communications systems· Acts as the technical and functional leader for voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, Teams Voice, CUCM, Genesys, Avaya), ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and resiliency requirements· Leads strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, including cloud migration, legacy decommissioning, and M&A integration activities impacting voice platforms· Partners across Engineering, Network, Security, Contact Center, and business stakeholders while managing key vendor relationships to ensure aligned delivery and continuous improvementPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
