Competitive hourly wage of $20‑$30 per hour, plus overtime and differential pay opportunities. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent, timely, and quality workmanship on a variety of construction projects, including woodwork, cabinetry, doors, walls, ceilings, flooring, and interior renovations. Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with supervisory staff and fellow crew members to ensure all tasks are completed to the company’s standards. Qualifications 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle. Own hand and power tools. Ability to work after hours (with differential pay). Eligibility to pass a drug test.
