The Lead Case Supervisor role is intended to prepare an individual to be a successful BCBA upon completing their hours and passing their exam. The role will report to the Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) at the team member’s specific clinic. The Lead Case Supervisor role will also be part of our new Apex Program ! This role is designed for individuals who are within 6-9 months of testing to become a BCBA. This program is elevating how we develop and support our team members as they pursue a career as a BCBA. It includes enhanced programming for all of our practicum students, as well as building community with your peers across centers. Highlights of the Lead Case Supervisor Role Base pay: $28.50/hour , with $2,000 signing bonus upon offer! Bonuses: $2,000 signing bonus, plus an additional $5,000 once you pass your BCBA exam Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week) , learning and practicing the key skills to become a high-quality BCBA. This is a full-time, hourly position. The caseload and paid unrestricted hours may be higher, as you get closer to testing. This will also depend on the local centers growth and availability 1 additional week of PTO to prepare and study for your exam High-quality study materials also provided once you’re within 6-9 months of testing Guaranteed BCBA role at Soar following the passing of the BCBA exam and meeting program expectations (location will depend on local staffing needs).
