Clinical Care Manager

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-touch patient navigation program, the full-time remote Clinical Care Manager will manage a team of Clinical Care Counselors, ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience while providing direct support as needed. Key responsibilities Directly manage a team of genetic counselors and nurse navigators delivering patient-facing services Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight to drive high performance and development Ensure accurate and empathetic patient counseling while overseeing coordination of patient care pathways Required qualifications Clinical background (Genetic Counselor, RN, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 5-8+ years of relevant experience 2-5 years of leadership experience Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system
