Clinical Care Manager

Location: Lanham, MD 20706, USA Job Type: Full-Time, On-site, Travel Required: Yes Description Clinic Manager position at Senior Community Care of Maryland PACE clinic. Oversees and manages the overall clinical effectiveness of SCC clinical services to ensure efficiency, consistency, continuity, and quality of care for program participants. Accountable for meeting organizational and participant outcomes and utilization goals. Responsibilities Provides oversight of the overall effectiveness of clinical care for SCC participants across all care settings. Manages the consistency and quality of 24‑hour care provided to program participants across all settings. Directly supervises and supports Nursing Staff, Triage Nurse, Clinic Support Staff, and Medication Department Staff. Develops and manages the overall clinic schedule for nurses and clinic support staff, including the on‑call schedule. Participates in the nursing on‑call schedule. Manages inventory of clinic supplies and coordinates procurement with the clinic secretary. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies to meet participant care needs and organizational objectives. Travel Required Yes. Visits participants’ homes.
