Accountable for meeting organizational and participant outcomes and utilization goals. Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) Unencumbered RN license in the State of employment Proven experience leading a team of professionals Minimum one year’s experience working with frail or elderly populations Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up‑to‑date immunizations before direct participant contact Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited nursing program Essentials Provide oversight of the overall effectiveness of clinical care across all settings and meet participant outcome, utilization, and quality goals Ensure consistency and quality of 24‑hour care across all settings Direct supervision and support of Nursing Staff, Triage Nurse, Clinic Support Staff, and Medication Department Staff Develop and manage clinic schedules, including on‑call rotations Manage inventory of clinic supplies and coordinate procurement with the clerk Participate in nursing on‑call schedule as needed Maintain effective operational systems, processes, and workflows in compliance with regulations and policies Equal employment opportunities are available to all without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS)
