Executive ConciergeServe as the main point of contact for VIP clients, providing exceptional service and anticipating their needsCoordinate and manage all aspects of the VIP client experience, including dining reservations, excursions, and special requestsBuild and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with various departments on board to ensure seamless execution of client requestsHandle and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and requestsStay up-to-date on all ship activities and events to provide clients with the most current information and recommendationsAssist with special events and functions for VIP clients on boardAct as a liaison between clients and on-shore concierge team to facilitate pre-trip planning and post-trip follow-upContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to improve our servicesQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer serviceKnowledge of luxury travel and destinations preferredFluent in English, additional languages a plusWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsMust be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documentsJoin our team and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for our VIP clients on board luxury cruise ships.
