L1 Support Technician
Teceze USA
- 1–3+ years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or L1 Technical Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows desktops and laptops.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user/account administration.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and general network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with an IT ticketing or ITSM platform.
- Good understanding of hardware, peripherals, printers, and desktop configurations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team. xhyhwjd
