Sales Support Operations Analyst

As a Sales Support Operations Analyst, you will research, analyze and evaluate data to help solve problems and develop solutions to internal challenges. You’ll also assist senior leadership with day-to-day goal management and provide additional data resources to drive informed decision making. Advancement opportunities with structured career paths Paid volunteer time-off and matching programs to increase your impact on your favorite charities Access to the latest emerging technologies Reimbursement for continuous education and technical training Be a part of a company with a history of investing in people and technology Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award wins What you’ll be doing: Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data Assist with the completion of department goals by providing enhanced context through identifying KPIs that influence behavior Works with leadership team in developing and implementing enhanced data governance procedures throughout department databases Develop and maintain automated data visualizations using SQL driven Microsoft Applications (PowerBI, Fabric, Office suite) Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects Collect, analyse, and report department metrics monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers What you need: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or equivalent required 1+ years’ experience with SQL or other database programming language 1+ years’ experience with Power BI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
