Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our Las Vegas office.

The Medical Assistant will support the physician and office team with day-to-day clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:

Rooming patients and taking vital signs
Updating medication lists and medical histories
Assisting with routine clinical procedures
Managing patient flow
Handling phone calls and patient messages
Supporting prescription refills and lab orders
Coordinating appointments and follow-up
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
Assisting with recalls, patient outreach, and other office needs
Helping with special projects as they arise

We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, organized, responsible, and takes pride in patient care. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, follow through on assigned responsibilities, communicate well with patients and coworkers, and function effectively in a busy medical office.

Previous experience in a medical office is preferred. Medical Assistant certification, EHR experience, and CPR/BLS certification are a plus. Spanish-speaking ability is also a plus.

Full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pay: $18/hour
