Job Summary:
- Manages and directs work across a program - between multiple projects and teams in an organization.
- Ensures the goals of the program are aligned with the goals of the organization.
- Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Evaluates the program to assess strength and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyzes and mitigates program risk.
- Lead project management activities for a XXXXXXXXXXXM+ enterprise SAP ERP Transformation Program.
- Manage project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication across teams in Europe and the Americas.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of 20+ resources, ensuring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track while driving execution in a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Proven SAP Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP/SAP transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage executive-level reporting.
- Experience managing global project teams across multiple regions and coordinating complex workstreams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage granular project updates while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-paced enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
