Client Care Advisor

Are you an experienced CNA who is ready to take the next step beyond traditional bedside care? We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable CNA Client Care Advisor professional to help ensure our clients receive the exceptional care and service they deserve. This is a Monday-Friday,

9:00 AM-5:00 PM

position that combines client visits, caregiver support, quality assurance, and collaboration with our office team. You’ll spend time in the field visiting clients and Care Professionals while also helping our team identify concerns, improve care, and maintain high standards. What You'll Do Conduct Quality Assurance visits in clients' homes. Check in with clients and families to ensure they are happy with their care. Observe Care Professionals in the field and ensure care plans are being followed. Identify changes in client needs and communicate concerns to the office team. Provide coaching, support, and education to Care Professionals. Assist with caregiver skills observations and competency evaluations. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Identify safety or quality concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly. Help resolve client and caregiver concerns. Work closely with our office team to improve client and Care Professional experiences. Document visits, observations, concerns, and follow-up accurately and on time. What We're Looking For CNA certification in good standing, as applicable. Previous CNA, caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or related healthcare experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and professional approach with clients, families, and Care Professionals. Comfortable providing coaching and constructive feedback. Organized, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Comfortable traveling throughout our service area. Driving Requirements A valid driver's license. A reliable personal vehicle. Current automobile insurance. The ability and willingness to regularly drive throughout our service area. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-Time This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNA who loves working with seniors but is looking to grow into a role focused on quality, client relationships, caregiver development, and leadership.
