Lanphere Auto Group + Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join our tight-knit, supportive team. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who loves getting the details right, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys working with people who've got your back.

What you'll be doing:
- Auditing repair orders and documents so they're OEM-ready
- Submitting warranty claims quickly and correctly to keep cash flowing
- Reconciling schedules and tracking payments so nothing slips through the cracks
- Following up on rejections and resubmissions to get every dollar earned
- Working closely with service advisors, techs, and accounting to keep processes smooth
- Staying on top of manufacturer bulletins and updatesbecause you like being the go-to expert
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of dealership warranty processing experience (required)
- Sharp attention to detailnumbers, dates, and documentation matter to you
- Comfort with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, LightSpeed)
- Bonus points for warranty schedule/reconciliation experience
