Occupational Therapist (OT) | Wilmington, DE | 2026-2027 School Year
We’re hiring 3 Onsite Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students across multiple school sites in Wilmington, DE for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details
• Openings: 3 Occupational Therapists
• Location: Wilmington, DE
• Setting: On-Site School-Based
• Start Date: August 25, 2026
• End Date: June 8, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Caseload: 3 openings across various school sites; specific caseloads and locations will be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to students based on individual needs
• Support students with IEP goals and educational participation
• Complete evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
Qualifications
• Active Delaware OT License required
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
