Revenue Operations Manager

Select Search Group has partnered with a growing B2B revenue operations and growth marketing firm is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Revenue Operations to its expanding team. This is a role for someone who combines deep hands-on HubSpot/RevOps expertise with leadership, client-facing communication, and strong project execution. You'll be directly involved in client strategy, implementations, CRM migrations, solution design, and quality assurance. What You'll Do Remain hands-on with HubSpot implementations, CRM architecture, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and data management. Oversee and review technical work to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and ready for client delivery. Lead or support CRM migrations, particularly Salesforce and other CRM platforms into HubSpot. Establish strong processes around requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and client approval. Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective RevOps solutions. Step into challenging client situations when needed, diagnose issues, and help get projects back on track. Improve RevOps processes, documentation, and implementation standards. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand project engagements. What We're Looking For Significant hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, CRM, and HubSpot. Strong experience with HubSpot implementations and CRM migrations. Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing RevOps/CRM professionals. Strong understanding of workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management, reporting, integrations, and CRM architecture. Experience in an agency, consulting, or multi-client environment strongly preferred. Excellent documentation and project management skills. Strong client-facing communication and executive presence. Ability to operate as both a technical expert and people leader. Comfortable balancing hands-on execution, team leadership, and client relationships.
