Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with Glaucoma training to join our growing Ophthalmology department. We are looking for a collaborative individual to become part of this well-respected and long-established practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.

• All necessary technology is available, and we are open to acquiring any additional equipment as needed.

• Service locations will include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.

• Resources are coordinated, and expertise is shared among team members.

• Comprehensive administrative and care management support is provided.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Connecticut medical license prior to starting practice.

• Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are mandatory.

Compensation Range: $400,000-$450,000 guaranteed with potential for additional earnings.

Attractive sign-on bonus available.

The stated compensation range is based on industry standards, and salary decisions will consider various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
