Location: 6601 Bermuda Rd Las Vegas, NV 89119 (4 days per week onsite)

Position: Scheduler

Salary: $19/hr

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Mon-Friday – Start time 6am – OT as needed

Gaming License – Yes (Upon getting an offer)

Role Overview

:This individual will pull reports from Oracle, ServiceMax, and other databases, and assist with scheduling technicians for service calls. The role requires strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple systems

Duties, Task and Responsibiliti

• esSchedule job tasks for the field service department including product installations, conversions, equipment removal, and upgrade
• s.Schedule supplier tasks to support field service installations, removals, and conversion
• s.Schedule job task in the most efficient manner based on the understanding of field services availabilit
• y.Communicate with Field Service Management to accurately coordinate job task
• s.Effectively communicate with customers’ and provide all required documentation per our Standard Operating Procedure
• s.Update multiple databases in a timely manne
• r.Demonstrate the ability to run reports as require
• d.Participate in internal/external meetings as required and communicate important information with other department
• s.Cover Team Member responsibilities when absen
• t.Regional variations as necessary with any required documentatio
• n.Must have the ability to work independently and direct a group of individual
