High acuity floor, Surgery Trauma Must be willing to work given shifts, 
Pt population: Surgical, Gun Shots, Quads, Paraplegic Nursing Support Techs, patient ratio: 5:1, phlebotomists yes, unit secretary at night yes, ED nurse and admitting unit complete a nurse handoff.
