Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a motivated and organized Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and public relations initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand development, coordinate communications, and assist with projects that strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while developing valuable communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating public relations campaigns and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize press materials and company communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and corporate activities.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct research to support public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist with client correspondence and professional communications.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the Public Relations department.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
