Sales Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting structures that support business intelligence initiatives. Create interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence tools to monitor key metrics. Write advanced SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze data across multiple internal systems. Build Python-based scripts to automate recurring data tasks, streamline reporting, and support analytical projects. Partner with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and convert business questions into data-driven solutions. Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability. Document reporting logic, processes, and data workflows for consistency and transparency. Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies and present insights that support operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Approximately 2–5 years of experience working in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytics-focused role. Strong SQL skills including complex joins, aggregations, and query optimization. Experience using Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation. Hands‑on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, including dashboard creation and data modeling. Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, or data migration initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful insights. Clear communication skills to explain technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. High level of attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and reliability. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
