Como Técnico de Mantenimiento Eléctrico Jr. tendrás la oportunidad de aportar a la productividad de nuestra terminal asegurando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos; serás responsable del cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y podrás aportar tus conocimientos y experiencia en pro de aumentar la vida útil de la maquinaria y proponer mejores prácticas de trabajo.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar de manera segura y eficiente las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y programado, asegurando la calidad del trabajo y manteniendo registros y la seguridad en la ejecución.

  • Colaborar en la identificación de los repuestos necesarios para hacer más eficiente el procedimiento de compra y evitar roturas de stocks

  • Comunicarse con el personal operativo para obtener mayor información sobre las averías, informando al superior jerárquico de la gravedad, con el objetivo de poder diagnosticar mejor el problema (análisis y eliminación de las averías repetitivas) y valorar los recursos de su resolución.

  • Proponer mejores prácticas para la ejecución de sus actividades

  • Excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento interpersonal (trabajo en equipo, servicio al cliente, resolución de conflictos) 

  • Alto nivel de enfoque en el autocuidado y trabajo seguro 

  • Pensamiento innovador y actitud propositiva 

  • Formación Técnica en Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad, Afines

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Mecánico / Auxiliar de Mantenimiento preferiblemente en Instalaciones Portuarias.
