About the Role:
Looking for an Experienced Dental Assistant in Port St. Lucie, FL, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our dynamic dental team and enhance our patients' experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure efficient patient care.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate dental charts.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
• Perform radiographic imaging and ensure proper film processing.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering dental supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient comfort.
• Can make temp crowns
• Surgery and implant experience a plus
• Experienced with variety of general dentistry procedures, set ups, and workflow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
• Proficient in dental software and radiology techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety regulations.
• Current CPR certification is a must.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for dental care.
