(Service, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) An employer who cares about YOU Requirements of the Hospital/Clinical Liaison Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or Marketing. 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a health care setting. Long‑term care experience required. Advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Professional sales presentation skills required. Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public. Thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, mass media, advertising, policies, education, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, social and activity services, and government relations as they relate to nursing facility operations. Ability to establish, implement and maintain an effective marketing and public relations program. Must successfully complete a post‑offer, pre‑employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen. Responsibilities of the Hospital/Clinical Liaison Devise strategies to gain patient referrals through establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. Generate new patient activity and create deeper relationships with referral sources to grow profitable revenue streams. Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Establish and monitor the sales process to ensure timeliness with goals. Execute day‑to‑day operations to drive KPIs (referrals, conversion rate, customer satisfaction). Conduct one‑on‑one sales calls and community interactions to enhance the organization’s reputation and increase awareness of services offered. Act as the key resource for internal and external customers. Identify new business opportunities with referring partners. Develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan. Assist with coordination of the referral‑to‑admission process. Represent the organization in community‑related activities. Recognize barriers to admission and respond promptly and appropriately.
