Account Manager – Transportation & Logistics
Location: Hellam, PA Hybrid In Office
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing transportation/logistics company. This role will focus on managing and expanding existing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving long-term account growth.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and operations team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of transportation services. Strong relationship management skills, customer-first thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through ongoing relationship development
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication and support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Partner closely with operations to ensure customer needs are met and service is executed smoothly
• Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive communication
• Support overall company growth through account retention and expansion
