JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified
Licenses: Licensed in OR (Active)
DEA: Yes
Certifications: BLS, AONCP
Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Epic), team-based care experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage hematology oncology patients in outpatient clinic setting.
Oversee patients in infusion suite.
Handle in-basket management and respond to patient lab results.
Collaborate with oncology navigator to triage calls.
Work independently and with oncologist as part of multidisciplinary team.
