Registered Nurse - PRN

Role: A registered nurse providing high-quality, technical nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care while supporting hospital standards and fostering a cooperative work environment. Educate patients, families, and significant others about health and care plans. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families, ensuring understanding of information. Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient information. Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately. Take personal accountability for performance, professional growth, and ongoing development. Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality care throughout the patient episode. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school Current Basic Life Support certification Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one Minimum of six months RN experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
