We are partnering with a leading manufacturer and provider of industrial engineered equipment solutions seeking a Regional Technical Sales Engineer to support a growing territory and help expand market presence across multiple industries.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in technical sales, industrial sales, application engineering, motion control, automation, controls, manufacturing equipment, or engineered products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners
• Identify new business opportunities, applications, and target markets
• Consult with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend solutions
• Support channel partners and sales representatives through training and technical guidance
• Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitive activity
• Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and customer visits
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to support customer success
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
• Drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in technical sales, industrial sales, application engineering, or business development
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, automation, process, or engineered product solutions
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
