REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Manage high exposure claims

• Oversee insurance arbitrations involving a variety of ceding and assuming contracts.

• Analyze claims and provide coverage opinions.

• Develop and evaluate legal strategies and activities.

• Administer outside counsel.

• Oversee discovery responses.

• Handle witness and deponent preparation.

• Conduct settlement negotiations.

• Draft settlement agreements.

• Provide training to claims staff.
