QA Lead

QA LeadWe are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive our quality assurance initiatives and lead a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and team leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure delivery of high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworksLead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentEstablish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectivenessCollaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipelineReview and approve test plans, test cases, and test resultsImplement automation testing frameworks and best practicesManage defect tracking and resolution processesConduct regular team meetings and status updatesPresent quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile application testing.Proven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ, or similar.Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Prior experience in leading a team of automation engineers is a plusGood knowledge in Java ScriptCompensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 38,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 135,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
