Do you enjoy hands-on work, meeting new people, and finishing the day knowing you built something customers will use and love? As an Independent Field Installation Specialist, you’ll deliver and assemble fitness equipment and furniture across Morgantown, WV. You’ll operate as a two-person crew with your own insured vehicle and the flexibility that comes with ongoing contractor work.

What will you do?

• Deliver fitness equipment and furniture to customers’ homes — professionally and on schedule
• Assemble and install each item to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences
• Guide customers through operation basics and answer on-the-spot questions
• Coordinate routes and timing with our logistics team
• Capture delivery confirmations and collect customer feedback

What do you need to qualify?

• An adequately insured truck, van, or box truck you can use for deliveries
• A dependable helper — two-person teams are required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous delivery/assembly or related experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Capability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfort with basic tools and mechanical tasks

Screening

• Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers
• MVR are performed for all driving contractors
