As the Store Manager, you will spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates. In partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource Generalist identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations. Utilize your brilliance across divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, fan experience), guaranteeing timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient processes, and continuous talent development. Craft Your Career With Us If You Have Results-oriented leadership with 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate people at all levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Talent magnet skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. 18 years or older, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
