Overview

We are currently seeking Production Workers for a Production Warehouse located in McAllen, Texas. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for various duties to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. Key responsibilities include palletizing finished product according to market requirements (Export vs. Domestic) with an average weight of 45lbs, stacking boxed product onto pallets in preparation for shipment, dumping pre-processed fruit from cartons to bins, changing trays and heads on the pack machines as needed, ensuring packers have the necessary packing materials for production, packing bagged product in the appropriate packaging, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas.

Skills and Experience

Key responsibilities include operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, assembling products according to specifications, meeting production quotas and deadlines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time, strong attention to detail and quality, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
