This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training.This role is hybrid to our Irving, TX office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.What we're looking forExperienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.Learning new technologies quickly.Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Aviation or aerospace experience is an advantage as well as knowledge of the FOX Training Management System.Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.Why come aboard?Unlimited PTO Flexible work environment Paid Holidays401(k) plan with companyComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, HSA, and FSA)Paid parental leave (12 weeks primary caregiver, 6 weeks secondary caregiver) matchAmple learning and development opportunitiesEmployee referral bonusComply365 is a global company, and our success draws upon our employees' diverse viewpoints, skills, and experiences.
