Job Title: Instructional System Designer (ISD) Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Responsibilities Conduct basic needs assessments with TSEC SMEs for existing and future course development. Coach SMEs through course development using the ADDIE model. Collaborate on curriculum development, formatting, and documentation of changes. Produce training materials such as instructor guides, student guides, handouts, and job aids. Ensure written and hands‑on skills tests align with course objectives for test validation. Review existing course material annually to ensure currency and accuracy. Implement training technologies (e.g., e‑learning, virtual learning, LMS). Collect and analyze student, instructor, and customer feedback to recommend improvements. Coordinate and schedule continuing education for ITC staff on trending topics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education Technology or Instructional System Design. At least 5 years of instructional system design experience within the last 8 years. Desired Experience Blackboard Asynchronous Learning Management System. Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Camtasia authoring tools. Questionmark Assessment Development and Delivery System.
