Teams use it for fraud/risk monitoring, live inventory, customer‑facing analytics, and ML pipelines. We’re trusted by 30+ customers including Substack, Alloy, and Wasserman, and have recently raised Series A led by Standard Capital, supported by YC and General Catalyst. About The Role We’re hiring a Senior Business Operations partner to shape Artie’s next chapter of growth. This high‑leverage role sits at the intersection of product, go‑to‑market, and operations. You’ll work directly with founders to answer the toughest strategic questions and translate data into decisive action. What You’ll Do Define and drive high‑impact strategic initiatives across product, GTM, and operations that directly influence how we scale. Design and operationalize systems, workflows, and tools that enable teams to move faster, align more easily, and make decisions with confidence. Turn insight into action by digging into product usage, customer behavior, and business performance to make recommendations that drive real outcomes. Act as connective tissue across teams, ensuring strategy → execution → iteration happen quickly and collaboratively – with a bias toward velocity and excellence. What We’re Looking For Must‑haves 3+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably at a high‑growth startup. Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering cross‑functional projects with measurable business impact. Structured problem‑solver who can break down ambiguous problems, form a point of view, and drive clarity. Curious, able to think in first principles, and quick to learn new skills. Clear and concise communicator; able to synthesize complexity and influence stakeholders across teams. Bias for action – you move quickly, iterate, and ship. Hands‑on, low‑ego, and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done in a fast‑moving environment. Excited to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams. Located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area – fully in‑person, five days a week in our SF office (relocation support available). Nice‑to‑haves Technical background preferred. How You’ll Grow Shape the BizOps foundation of the company as an early member. Lead high‑impact product and business initiatives end‑to‑end. Operate across product strategy, data analytics, GTM, and operations. Work directly with the CEO and CTO on the problems that matter most.
