Facilities Coordinator

A Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and smooth operation of a workplace, managing routine repairs, vendor interactions, and administrative support tasks such as record-keeping and compliance documentation. They ensure that all facilities operations comply with health and safety standards while assisting with office space planning and inventory control. Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office for administrative support tasks. Strong typing skills for efficient documentation. Familiarity with facility management software for tracking work orders. Basic understanding of electrical systems for overseeing repairs.
