Our client is a premier private equity firm in Boston, MA and is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join their Partner Services team.
You will manage financial reporting, treasury activities, audits, tax support, and investor reporting for complex investment structures. Lead process improvements, oversee staff, and collaborate across teams to support operational efficiency and new initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Management
- 2+years accounting or finance experience in the financial service industry with a solid understanding of investments preferable
- Advanced Excel is a must
- Mature and able to deal with confidential information
This role is on-site 3 days a week, so you must live in the Boston Area.
