What You’ll Do Provide full operational oversight including financial management, staffing, quality and compliance Lead sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and market position Assess community needs quickly and implement performance improvement plans Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources and regional partners Coach and develop Directors of Sales and leadership teams to achieve KPIs Manage budgets, control expenses and oversee collections Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness and risk management Champion resident engagement, family communication and team member experience Support onboarding and transition of new Executive Directors Senior Executive Director – Lead Community Operations and Drive Performance Excellence Executive Director | Senior Living | Operations Leadership | P&L | Community Management | Healthcare Operations Pay Range 88,800.00 - 136,600.00 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
