Production Die Cutting

Our client, a precision manufacturing company, is seeking a Die Cutter to join their team.
As a Die Cutter, you will be part of the  Production Department  supporting  Fabrication, Engineering, and Quality teams .
The ideal candidate will have  attention to detail ,  mechanical aptitude , and  strong communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Die Cutting 

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 
Pay Range: $17 - $20

What’s the Job?

Max of 5 responsibilities:

• Operate machines including slitters, laminators, sheeters, choppers, and die cutters to prep raw materials.
• Set up and maintain die cutting equipment to ensure precision cuts per specifications.
• Inspect materials and die cut parts for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize material usage and meet production deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to prep materials correctly.

What’s Needed?

Max of 5 requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating industrial machines and die cutting equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work order instructions.
• Strong math and spatial reasoning skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
