The RN will support the surgical team, ensuring the smooth operation of surgical services and providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other health‑care professionals to provide safe and effective patient care. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications. Perform scrub and circulating roles in the OR. Requirements Valid RN license in New Jersey. BSN. BLS Required, ACLS Preferred. At least one year current OR experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
