Job Title: Reach Truck Operator (Skilled Logistics) Location: Sayreville, NJ Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $20.36/hr Position Overview Are you a skilled Reach Truck Operator looking for a stable, high-paying role in a premier Sayreville facility? We are seeking precision-driven operators to join our 2nd shift team. This is a dedicated Monday through Friday position, offering consistent hours and a competitive rate for experienced talent. What You'll Do

• Precision Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck to move, shelf, and retrieve inventory in a high-volume warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners to track product movement and ensure 100% accuracy in pallet placement.
• Safety First: Maintain high safety standards while navigating tight aisles and busy loading zones.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist with the organization of shipments to ensure the facility meets daily production goals.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Must have a strong background in Reach Truck operation (a hands-on skills test is required during the interview).
• Reliability: Must have your own reliable transportation to Sayreville.
• Screening: Candidates must be able to pass a standard drug test and be E-Verified.
• Professionalism: In-person interview required to demonstrate skill and industry knowledge.
