Legal Billing Specialist

A mid-sized law firm in Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to join its collaborative accounting team. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure accurate and timely billing. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices using Orion Edit pre-bills, track time entries, and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client guidelines Manage electronic billing (e-billing) submissions and resolve rejections Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding billing inquiries and adjustments Assist with reporting, collections support, and month-end processes Qualifications 2+ years of legal billing experience (law firm required) Experience with Orion strongly preferred Familiarity with e-billing platforms (e.g., LEDES formats) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
