About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand to lead the next chapter of its growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's vision and making it a reality, from defining the brand's DNA to executing creative strategies across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, creative direction, and will play a key role in the founder's storytelling and platform. They will also lead the social and creator function, direct campaigns, and ensure the brand is consistently represented in the market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in brand and creative leadership, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create memorable brand systems. A dual-threat skill set, combining strategic thinking with creative instincts, is essential, as is a proven track record in people leadership and a deep understanding of social, content, digital, retail, and packaging creative. Applicants for the Head of Brand position at the company should be prepared to bring their exceptional storytelling abilities and experience in directing agencies and production partners to a high standard.
